PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED IN GREENBELT AREA

PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED IN GREENBELT AREA

We have just received planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council for a new build manor house set within extensive grounds and farmland within the greenbelt. The design is set to respect the heritage of the existing farmhouse by using locally sourced flint and natural slate roof tiles. These materials will serve to retain the original character of the property and its relationship to the surroundings.

The new home will have a grand entrance with feature curved stair leading across three levels. The basement will house a new gym, guest suite and wine cellar as well as a large plant area to include a ground source heat pump. The ground floor will accommodate a formal lounge, open plan kitchen/dining/seating area, formal dining, snug and office on the ground floor with direct access to the formal gardens. At first floor, there will be five bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a secondary stair leads to a roof terrace with far reaching views to the bucolic fields beyond.
