We have recently received planning approval for a proposed two storey side extension to a period dwelling in Sevenoaks.

The proposal responds to the sensitive site by carefully mimicking the style of the existing building with the addition of a new wing.

The design works with the natural topography of the site, introducing a large basement extension which is clad with flint to match the existing building and remain in keeping with surrounding area.
