PLANNING APPROVED WITHIN CONSERVATION AREA
The proposal includes a two storey rear infill extension to an existing period property in the conservation area. This creates a new open plan kitchen and living space, which opens out onto the garden, with a new master suite at first floor level. The choice of cladding is red cedar shingles to wrap the walls and roof with minimalist detailing. The scheme also includes a new glazed link to the existing garage which will also be fully refurbished to function as a studio and gym.
