Our plans for a new build Arts and Crafts style house on the exclusive Kippington Road in Sevenoaks has been approved by Sevenoaks District Council. The scheme was challenging due to the nature of it’s position on the street as well as it’s location in a conservation area. Access to the property is via a drive to rear, yet the frontage is the opposite side of the home. This made for a full detailed facade welcoming from every angle. The house is comprised of an open plan living area with study at ground level and 5 bedrooms above accessed via galleried landings.
