Tunbridge Wells District Council have approved our scheme for a mixed use block comprised of a 4 storey commercial space with 9 residential units. The design allowed for the renovation of an existing building of local importance and combined this with an interlocking modern block of spacious apartments with terracing or balconies. The apartments have their own entrance with undercroft parking and easy access to the centre of town.
