Open Architecture were appointed to produce design proposals for the development of a very small parcel of land to the rear of the highly successful renovation of Tubs Hill House.

Albeit a very difficult site, we successfully secured planning permission for two modern dwellings based on a coach house theme with private parking below. The design incorporates zinc cladding as the primary façade material with large picture windows providing ranging views from this elevated site. The scheme maximises the potential of the site and yet sensitively responds to the awkward typology in a modern contemporary style.
