This Art and Crafts locally listed detached building in central Sevenoaks is currently being used as an office space, but we were asked to develop a mixed-use scheme. Our proposal takes the building back to residential use with a conversion to the east but also maintains a commercial element by creating a sympathetic contemporary extension to the west, thus becoming a building which would provide both housing and job opportunities to the local community.
