OPEN architecture has been appointed to design a proposal for a single storey rear extension to replace the existing conservatory at the rear of the house with accompanying internal alterations. The ground floor has been redesigned to improve movement through the house and create a clear line of sight from the front to the rear. Large corner glazing wraps around the rear elevation creating excellent views out to the garden whilst allowing ample natural light into the space with a large roof light sitting centrally above the living space.
