Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council have granted planning permission for a new build, 6 bedroom detached dwelling in the centre of West Malling. The design focused on creating a larger family space with open plan kitchen/dining/living areas combined with a series of private spaces for both parents and children to get away (not to mention a secret pantry). The three storey dwelling take in views over the surrounding fields and focuses on a traditional kentish facade with touches of zinc and large expanses of glazing for that added intrigue.
