PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED IN CENTRAL SEVENOAKS


We were appointed to design a proposal for an infill extension and a single storey detached garage on the side of the house. In addition, we have created a larger utility room and boot room with a floor to ceiling window to add natural light to the space. The new double garage is pushed into the garden’s topography, in order to keep the same amount of drive space but also to increase the total internal floorspace. Updates to the patio and planting has made for a lovely new side entrance to the building.
