OPEN architecture have successfully gained Listed Building Consent for the conversion of a redundant public house in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, known locally as The Major Yorke. The pub has laid unused for a number of years and our scheme aims to bring the old building, dating back to the 1600 century, back to life by converting it into 3 separate 3-5 bedroom dwellings whilst retaining the charm and character of the building.
