OPEN architecture have been appointed to develop a scheme suitable for permitted development in Hartley, Kent.

Sevenoaks District Council recently granted a certificate of lawful proposed use/development for the project.

The ground floor has been designed to allow for maximum natural light into the home as well as views to the garden alongside ensuring functionality of the spaces. The elevations show the new terraced effect extensions to the rear.

The PD extensions have been designed within the guidelines for a detached dwelling and are more suited to modern family living.
