We are thrilled to receive planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council to create a part single and part double storey front, side and rear extensions, a first floor extension, loft conversion and a new porch as well as internal refurbishments. Our approved design includes a double height glazed entrance which will be formed out of light coloured brick with crittal style glazing set within a stone porch. The house will have three gables with timber panel detailing and central windows. The new elevations look balanced despite the asymmetrical dynamic approach as well as achieving the ‘curb appeal’ the clients were looking for. The house is also more in keeping with the surrounding houses and even helps to enhance the overall streetscape.
