Sevenoaks District Council have recently granted planning approval for a modern ground floor rear extension and underground garage within the Greenbelt.

The single storey extension will form a larger kitchen to the rear of the house, allowing for internal alterations that will create a better flow throughout the ground floor. The relocation of the garage will also free up space for a much needed larger living space.

The design is simple in nature and remains sympathetic to the original dwelling, with art deco inspired details running throughout the house.

An elegant glazed link separates the new extension from the existing house, allowing it to stand out whilst still remaining connected to the main building.
