Tunbridge Wells Borough Council approved our plans to convert a hotel in central Tunbridge Wells into 19 residential apartments. The building is located within the conservation area, on a highly visible corner just off of the A26 with views out to the common. The conversion calls for internal alterations as well as various extensions to the rear and respects the heritage nature of the building and its role within the community vision.
