We have received planning approval from Sevenoaks District Council for a loft conversion above an existing garage located a short walk from the town centre.

The existing outbuilding is a single bay detached garage with traditional white painted timber weatherboarding walls and plain clay tiles on the roof.  Our approved design features a new enclosed staircase leading to a converted loft space through an enlarged dormer with windows to the south and west offering plenty of daylight. The converted loft offers a small living area with two roof lights over the seating area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The new dormer to the west will allow for usable head space within the loft area and create an enjoyable entrance space.
