GRADE II LISTED BUILDING CONSENT IN A SEVENOAKS CONSERVATION AREA
Planning permission has recently been granted by Sevenoaks District Council for a contemporary glazed extension to the rear of a Grade II listed building within The Vine Conservation Area.
The design introduces a new family garden room in a previously underused part of the garden. It responds sensitively to the level changes throughout the house, creating a seamless connection to the garden while preserving the character and significance of the heritage asset.
