The proposed outbuilding is located to the south of the site at the rear of the dwelling.

The layout consists of two multi-purpose rooms, with a bathroom to the rear.

The larger room is facing the garden providing the clients with a peaceful outlook on a mature garden.

The design of the building is sympathetic to the site with natural timber cladding and clay roof tiles.

Glazing is used on the front elevation to bring in natural light.

There are two roof lights to the rear that bring extra light into the space.

The look of the building reflects its surroundings and promotes an open feeling to the site whilst meeting the needs of the client.
