We have recently been granted planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council for the conversion of the existing garage with the erection of a single storey side extension to create a new family room, dining area and open plan kitchen.

The two front facing dormers will be replaced with a full width single dormer at first floor level.

New rooflights and sun pipes will be installed alongside associated internal alterations.

A new outbuilding at the front of the property will be created for storage and a home gym.
