We’re delighted to have achieved planning permission by Sevenoaks District Council for a bungalow located in a beautiful area of Kent’s greenbelt. Whilst the property has fantastic wide-ranging views, the current layout isn’t ideally suited for modern family living. Therefore, our brief was to re-design the internal space and importantly, consider the external elevations to make the most of the surrounding views. The previous owners had already maximised the extent of extensions possible due to it’s location, but with clever re-planning, window placement and the introduction of a new pitched dormer to the master bedroom, we think this design will give the family the space they need and with uninterrupted views of Kent. We can’t wait to see this scheme get built!
