Last weekend, Ian participated in the Hever Castle Triathlon.

Cycle: 01:31:13

T2: 00:02:05

Run: 00:52:37

His goal was to finish within 3 hours, and his finishing time was 02:59:35.

Well done to Ian! The season for triathlons and marathons is now over, but he will be re-entering in 2015 so keep an eye out…
