Greenwich Council have recently approved planning permission for a ground floor rear extension and dormer on a listed building in West Greenwich.

The extension allows for a more spacious kitchen/living/dining area, with the addition of multiple skylights allowing ample natural light into the space.

The elevations were carefully considered, making sure to maintain the natural beauty of the existing listed brickwork, whilst setting itself apart with a modern aesthetic, through the use of black metal cladding and floor to ceiling windows.
