Sevenoaks District Council have granted planning approval for a new build gym within an AONB and Greenbelt location.

The gym forms part of a larger scale house renovation and extension project and will give the clients some much needed space within their beautiful garden setting surrounded by protected woodland.

The design is simple in nature and uses a monopitched roof with corner glazing to take in the views of the garden beyond.

The gym sits up on a raised bank with small terrace and is clad in timber to blend in with the surroundings.
