FULL PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED IN HARTLEY, KENT.


Sevenoaks District Council recently granted planning permission for a part single/part double storey extension, internal alterations, landscape alterations and erection of a detached garage in Hartley, Kent.

The ground floor has been designed to allow for maximum natural light into the home as well as views to the garden alongside ensuring functionality of the spaces.

The new extension with a flat roof houses a large kitchen/diner as well as a utility/ boot room and pantry.

The part of the existing flat roof has been raised with a clerestory surround to create a more dynamic façade.

On the first floor, a modest rear extension has been added with a  new crown roof to create a large master suite.

The proposed garage provides two bay parking with one central entrance to the front.
