The proposal is for the demolition of a bungalow and various outbuildings, and construction of a new dwelling with stable and garage. Located in a small village near Edenbridge the project is in the Greenbelt, and therefore the house has been approved under Very Special Circumstances, improving the openness of the site by removing a large number of poor quality buildings and replacing them with high-quality, contemporary design. With striking overhangs, feature rainwater goods, and dark timber cladding, this is an exciting project that we look forward to seeing progress to site.
