Planning permission has been granted by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council on the greenbelt and within the AONB to extend, re-rationalise internally and connect a stables and cottage buildings.

The design proposes a spacious infill extension with a new kitchen and dining area, as well as a full internal reconfiguration between the existing dwellings, allowing a new, better flowing connection between the spaces. The infill zinc extension will have a modern but modest approach, creating harmony between the brick dwellings.

A Japanese garden is proposed as part of the walkthrough the infill extension, giving residents the pleasure of useful pockets within the layout.
