PLANNING APPROVAL FROM TUNBRIDGE WELLS BOROUGH COUNCIL
We have had planning approval for a first floor front extension, new roof to existing rear extension, additional side dormer, enlarged rear dormer and garage conversion alongside various internal alterations to this detached property by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. The ground floor has been designed to create a more connected and free flowing series of spaces suited to family life. The entrance now gives access to a playroom which is adjacent to the dining area and offers access to the utility room through a boot room. The kitchen and dining area have been repositioned towards the rear of the house within the existing single storey extension. The first floor has been optimised to include a first floor infill extension to create a new bathroom replacing the old master bedroom en-suite. With the introduction of the first floor extension, we are able to alter the bathroom position at loft level to a central shower room with equal sized bedroom and study either side within the roof space. A flat roof dormer to the rear follows the line of the existing dormer, but enlarges this to allow for extra head height for each space.
