Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have recently granted planning permission on a two storey property.

The works are to include an extension at the front with a new side access and a new first floor introduced above for a new master suite.

At the rear there is to be a new extension to replace the conservatory and rationalise the existing spaces and the proposal includes for a
garage conversion and replacement roof.
