OPEN architecture have been appointed to design a replacement ground floor extension which will improve the layout and flow of the property as well as a first floor extension.

The property is located in Otford within an AONB and Green Belt. 

The proposal has been designed to be respectful to the area and uses materials which match the existing building.

Pitched roof glazed units run around the side of the house in an orangery style layout.

This allows for bifold doors and fixed windows in a traditional style to match the existing house.

The first floor space is a mirror of the existing bedroom to allow an element of symmetry and to be in keeping with the style of extended Victorian dwellings.
