OPEN architecture have been appointed to design a garden room outbuilding in Sevenoaks.

Sevenoaks District Council recently granted a Certificate of Lawful Development for the project.

The new outbuilding will sit to the rear of the main house with external access from the rear terrace. This building is designed in accordance with class E permitted development.

The floor plan layout is comprised of the garden room and a bathroom. The elevations are simple in nature. The building is clad in timber with a pitched metal roof with three rooflights.
