Bromley Council have recently granted a certificate of lawfulness for works to a locally listed property in Chislehurst.

The proposals seek to replace the existing single glazed windows and doors with more efficient replacements, whilst still keeping the same look and feel of the historic property.

To the rear, a cantilevered feature corner door is proposed to allow a stronger connection between the rear of the property and its well-maintained garden. Internal alterations are proposed, to create a more open plan kitchen / dining room, more fitting for modern family living.
