We have received planning approval by Sevenoaks District Council for a new double height extension for a detached property within the town. The new extension will house a  new improved kitchen with a new bay window overlooking the rear. The existing rear patio will be infilled with a new double height living/ dining area with heavily glazed rear facing wall and picture window to the side. The staircase has been reorientated to open up the living and dining room. The existing living room will become a new study and music area.

Upstairs the master bedroom will be a new guest suite and dressing area. The existing family bathroom will be reduced to increase the landing area and the window cill dropped and a balcony screen will be installed to allow views over the new double height space below.

The house will be wrapped in render but the new bay to the front will be clad in zinc as will the double height extension to the rear, connecting the two features together.
