PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED FROM TUNBRIDGE WELLS BOROUGH COUNCIL

We’re thrilled that we have obtained planning permission by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council for a first floor extension, a single storey rear extension, a loft conversion as well as a new basement and associated landscaping for a detached house.

The house is on an elevated site with views over the North Downs in Kent. The design proposes to alter the parking area whilst allowing for a three storey feature entrance. Key design features of the ground floor include an “L” shaped kitchen/dining/living space with the roof above the kitchen being altered to a hipped roof, allowing for a vaulted ceiling. The rear extension will be largely glazed with a green wildflower roof and will accommodate a family lounge, music room and formal living area. The first floor is optimised for better family use with a loft extension to house a sumptuous master suite including his and hers wardrobes, seating area and ensuite bathroom.

The extensions have been designed carefully to work with the existing material palette to create a well-balanced, harmonious home with far reaching views to the downs beyond.

We are inspired by the people we work with
