BEDGEBURY MOUNTAIN BIKE NIGHT RIDE
With several personel interested in cycling in some form or another it was only a matter of time before we organised a bike ride.
In true Open Architecture style we took things to the extreme and did a 10 mile off-road night ride around the trails at Bedgebury Pinetum. On 6th March at 7.30pm armed with super-bright LED and Halogen lights we set off into Bedgebury’s finest Red Routes – graded as “Suitable for proficient mountain bikers with a higher level of fitness and stamina. A wide range of climbs and descents of a challenging nature will be present. Expect boardwalks, berms, large rocks, medium steps, drop-offs, cambers and water crossings.”
There might have been a few bruised egos from attempting wheelies, but no architectural staff were harmed during this activity.
