We are excited to have recently obtained planning consents for renovation of a farm house style dwelling in East Sussex.

The existing building sits within a sensitive historic site and is a valuable heritage asset having been formerly converted from barn to a dwelling.

The proposal sought to optimise the dwelling as a modern family home whilst retaining the traditional character and quirky features of the property.

New feature glazing will bring in lots of natural light to the centre of the building, where a new gallery staircase will be introduced.

Internal alterations throughout will rationalise the spaces and circulation  and a new dormer window has been added to the master suite.

In addition there are extensive landscaping improvements including a new swimming pool and pool house.
