OPEN architecture are delighted to have been granted planning approval by Sevenoaks District Council for a new build contemporary replacement dwelling within Sevenoaks Knatts Valley Metropolitan Green Belt and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The scheme is a bespoke response to the Client’s brief and the challenging topography, resulting in a building which is inserted into the landscape in order to respect its setting and minimise its impact on the Green Belt.
