OPEN architecture are delighted to have received planning approval for Ragstones, on The Vine in Sevenoaks.

The scheme is for the demolition of the existing building and erection of 6 new build apartments with undercroft parking, associated landscaping, communal gardens and visitor parking.

The site is located within the Vine Conservation Area, in a prime town centre location and beautiful setting, facing the cricket ground.

Designed in a contemporary vernacular style, the materials have been chosen to respect the neighbouring significant buildings and the scale has been proportioned to enhance the street scene and compliment the urban design of the area.
