APPROVAL FOR RESIDENTIAL SCHEME ON WILDERNESSE AVENUE
We have been granted planning approval for the re-modelling and extension for a site on Wildernesse Avenue, in Sevenoaks, Kent. The proposals include for the re-design of the existing layout creating spaces that are directly relevant to their positioning within the site.
The main dwelling has been re-modelled and extended to work with the family’s requirements whilst reacting to the views and the building’s position on the site. The existing conservatory has been replaced with a more substantial structure to house the open plan kitchen dining space. The second floor has also been adapted to make the additional bedroom space and access to the proposed loft conversion.
The triple garage has also been developed to turn into an art studio that will benefit from a double height roof void, overlooked by a mezzanine floor.
