OPEN architecture have been granted planning permission for a contemporary two storey extension to a Victorian terrace house on Holmesdale Road, in Sevenoaks.

The proposals include a modern basement and ground floor extension with internal alterations that create a more open plan living arrangement. By enlarging the dormer windows to the front and rear of the property, we will create a larger bedroom space on the second floor.
