We are currently working for Berkeley Homes (Southern) Ltd on a project in Horsham, West Sussex at construction phase. The project consists of 105 self-contained flats for the elderly with ancillary communal facilities which includes a fully serviced restaurant, living/activity room, therapy/hairdressing suite, staff facilities with associated access, car parking, drainage and landscape works. These are contained within a ‘L’ shape single building of five floors that is a sophisticated yet traditional interpretation of the historical ‘Sussex Watermill’, with a rich palate of building materials. The anticipated build cost is approximately 14.5 million and the project is due to be complete in October 2016.
