We have been appointed to design for the submission of a joint application for two neighbours in Blackheath, London. The application will be for two single storey rear extensions, and we believe that being submitted together, the applications will stand a greater chance of planning permission being granted. The design involves two rear extensions, a loft conversion with a roof extension, along with complete internal re-planning, in order to provide more accommodation and the potential to exploit the views across London.
