Planning permission was recently granted to convert and extend an existing triple bay garage into a beautiful oak framed granny annexe surrounded by trees and screening woodland. The site is located in the greenbelt and directly across from the AONB which presented a number of challenges and opportunities. The proposal consists of two bedrooms with bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with extensive glazing making the most out of natural light and the sublime surrounding greenery views.
