We have received planning approval from Sevenoaks District Council to design a low-rise new build apartment scheme alongside the refurbishment and extension to the existing property alongside landscape alterations and upgrades within the town boundaries.

The Victorian ragstone villa which is currently in use as apartments will be renovated with a new orangery style extension as well as a two-storey zinc clad side extension. The separate new build apartments will be self-contained and have been positioned to tie in with the typography as well as align with the current streetscape and respectful of the view to the main house. The elevation of the new build will be constructed out of feature brickwork with the entrance and side windows having bronze effect cladding.
