We have received planning approval from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to convert an old Victorian villa just outside the centre of the town, into 13 apartments. The design scheme is sympathetic and sensitive in it’s approach with each of the apartments having generous proportions and finished to a high standard. In all, the approved proposal includes x6 1xbedroom, x5 2 bedroom and x2 3 bedroom flats.

The property sits within the conservation area, surrounded by dense vegetation and mature trees. As part of our design, we gave much consideration to the landscape setting as it adds so much value in terms of character and wildlife to the overall site.

We are looking forward to the next stage of the process and hoping to breath new life into this building by the end of the year.
