TWO STOREY REAR EXTENSION IN TONBRIDGE


We have received planning approval by Tonbridge and Malling Council for a two storey rear extension, alongside loft and a garage conversion for a detached property located a short distance outside Tonbridge.

The existing single storey extension has been replaced with a two storey extension across the width of the rear of the property, The staircase has been reorientated to open up the hallway and enable a direct route through to the new kitchen/dining area at the rear and the garden beyond. A jib door is concealed within the kitchen joinery to lead through to a large pantry and to the boot room beyond. To the north side of the property, there is a new study and w/c shower room and the garage has been converted to become a games room. The first floor has been completely reworked with the staircase rising to a split landing which connects to a utility room and double bedroom on one side with the main landing on the other, where the further four double bedrooms are located. The master bedroom is positioned centrally to the rear and benefits from spacious en-suite, dressing room and Juliet balcony overlooking the garden.
