We have received planning approval by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council for a new build dwelling, outbuilding and detached garage in the village of East Malling. The site currently has a family home in one corner with a very large garden to the rear. Our proposal looks at dividing the plot using the current garage and the terrain as a natural boundary to separate the existing from the new build. On the ground floor, the new home will have open plan, modern style living with ease of connection between both the indoor and outdoor spaces. A feature staircase will lead upstairs to a generous landing with vaulted ceiling overlooking the ground floor. The first floor will have three spacious bedrooms, two with ensuite.
