Sevenoaks District Council have granted planning permission for part single, part double storey rear extension with internal alterations.

The proposals replace an existing dated first floor extension and provides additional accommodation for the family whilst creating a more usable and cohesive family space.

The design compliments the existing property through the use of matching brickwork, Corten steel and large expanses of glazing.

At ground floor a cantilevered corner door as well as an oriel window allows for a seamless connection between inside and out.

Feature windows at first floor provide views over the north downs from the new principle suite.
