As a family grows in size and needs, a house often needs to be able to accommodate for these changes. We have just received planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council for further updates to this beautiful, detached property to raise the ridge lines and to enclose the carport to become a more functional useable space. The overall design will use a mixture of yellow brickwork to match the existing property, as well as corten steel, timber effect cladding and there will be a green living roof to soften the vista of the extension. We're looking forward to seeing how this family grows into their new space!
