We have received planning permission from Sevenoaks District Council for part single/part double storey rear and side extension, a double storey porch extension and façade updates to a property situated in a conservation area in Sevenoaks. Our approved design includes a  double height hallway which leads to a new staircase. The house has been extended to the rear to increase the living space and create a new lounge with high ceilings and corner glazing to provide a visual connection to the garden. By repositioning the stairs, we have increased the space upstairs to allow for a total of six bedrooms. The new double height space to the landing ensures lots of natural light and views out towards the front. The master suite is positioned within the extension benefiting from vaulted ceilings and served by two walk-in dressing rooms, an en-suite and balcony at the rear.
