PLANNING APPROVAL IN FARNBOROUGH PARK CONSERVATION AREA

We are thrilled to have received planning permission from London Borough of Bromley Council to create a modest side and rear extension and to optimise the internal layout for this property in the Farnborough Park Conservation Area.

When we first met the client, they had already had a number of refused planning applications for the site.  By thinking outside of the box, we were able to put together a scheme that gave them the space they were after and addressed the planners previous concerns. We also worked closely with heritage and planning consultants who were able to support the process.

Our design has opened up the ground floor to allow for a larger kitchen and a seating area. A double storey extension creates a formal dining room with direct access to the garden. Upstairs the first floor now has four good size bedrooms, all with ensuites and dressing areas.

We are inspired by the people we work with
